These Terms of Service define the rules for using the otservers.online website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Using the Service means full acceptance of these Terms and commitment to comply with them.

3.2. The Service allows browsing the list of Open Tibia servers, rating them, commenting, and adding your own servers.
3.3. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, good practices, and the provisions of these Terms.
3.4. It is forbidden to provide content that is unlawful, offensive, false, or potentially misleading.
4.1. Full use of the Service features requires creating an Account.
4.2. During the registration process, the User is required to provide true information and update it in case of any changes.
4.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Any actions performed using the User's Account are considered as actions of the User.
4.4. The Administrator reserves the right to delete a User Account in case of violation of these Terms.
5.1. Any User can add an Open Tibia Server to the list by providing the required information.
5.2. The Administrator reserves the right to verify server information and refuse publication or remove servers that do not meet the requirements.
5.3. The Server Owner commits to providing accurate information about their server.
5.4. The Service is not responsible for content placed on Open Tibia servers or for their availability and quality of operation.
6.1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Service, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability.
6.2. The Administrator is not liable for damages resulting from using or inability to use the Service.
6.3. The User bears full responsibility for law violations or damage caused by their actions in the Service, in particular by providing false information, violation of personal rights or copyrights.
7.1. All rights to content placed in the Service, including copyrights, trademarks, names, graphics, photos, videos, software belong to the Administrator or entities with which the Administrator has concluded appropriate agreements.
7.2. Using the content placed in the Service does not mean acquiring any rights to them.
7.3. It is forbidden to copy, modify or distribute content placed in the Service without the prior consent of the Administrator.
7.4. By publishing or submitting any content, including texts, multimedia, graphics or other materials to the Service, the User declares that they have full copyright to them or are authorized to publish them. The User bears full responsibility for any claims of third parties related to the use of this content.
8.1. The Administrator processes Users' personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Service's Privacy Policy.

9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes are effective from the moment they are published in the Service.
9.2. Using the Service after introducing changes to the Terms means accepting them.
9.3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, provisions of Polish law apply.
9.4. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by the court competent for the Administrator's headquarters.
